Sometimes the drinks are really cheap but they're always delicious. They have caipirinhas and the coxinhas from their little food truck are delicious.

I can bring my own chair and stay for five hours and it's never a problem. Everybody is really friendly and you get a train shot whenever a train goes by.

The local gay bar where Black men 40 and up go. I love being around my people, and it's a 15-minute walk from my house.

Very walkable, easy to order and just go sit outside. Food is cheap, drinks are cheap, very chill atmosphere.

Chill spot. On certain nights they have Tesoro food truck so you can order Mexican food.

Close-by neighborhood spot with a nice backyard. Trivia on Tuesdays, hot dogs, and reasonably priced beer.

We're basically regulars there now and the folks who work there are very friendly. They have happy hour from 3 to 6, Monday through Friday.

Wednesdays they've got $6 margaritas and there's plenty of room to just sit outside and enjoy the nice weather but be in the shade and out of the rain. There's also music bingo on Wednesday nights.

Gives you an activity to do because it's a darts place. Has a slightly upscale vibe so it feels nice to do but it's still relatively inexpensive.

Huge space, great beers, and fantastic pizza.

Food's pretty good. The drinks are strong. There's plenty of seating.

Honestly I don't love it, but it's okay. The burgers are pretty good and it's close by.

Chill vibe. Coffee during the day, cocktails at night. Limited selection but the kind of place you could co-work from. Parking is tricky, but it's close enough that I could walk.

Chill atmosphere, slightly more structured but I like the coziness of the space.
